Investigating the relationship between health-promoting lifestyle behaviors and hopelessness among medical and non-medical students

Background/Aim: Investigating the correlates of healthy lifestyle habits is essential to promote behaviors in university students be able prevent developing non-communicable diseases long-term. The primary aim this research was investigate whether hopelessness associated with health-promoting among students. Also, medical were compared those from different fields study. Methods: Four hundred and thirty-five undergraduate Faculties Medicine Science Literature participated a paper-based cross-sectional data collected demographic information sheet, Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP II), Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS), analyzed using SPSS 22 statistics software.
